What a year 2020 has been!

Lots of ups and downs for everyone around the globe, certainly an unprecedented year!!

Ron Jackman our CEO said, “A huge thank you to all of the Quartztec Team for all of the support over 2020. This has allowed us to remain fully operational and provide continuity within the supply chain for our customers. 2020 certainly gave us some challenges!

Our team adapted superbly, whether that was due to our changing working patterns, practicing social distancing or working remotely, each and everyone of the team has embraced these changes.

I wish all of the Quartztec Team a safe and healthy Merry Christmas and a Happy New Year and we look forward to welcoming in 2021”.

The relationships within our team have grown stronger over 2020 – there is no doubt – and the relationships with our Customers and Suppliers has become stronger too, adapting to changes in demand and market conditions. Working together has allowed all of us to meet and overcome the challenges we have faced and puts us into a great position for moving into 2021.

Our Sales & Marketing Manager, Mark Harland said, “2020 has been a year of adapting, being agile and working with our Customers to support their needs on a daily, weekly, monthly basis. The use of TEAMs and ZOOM are great tools to keep contact with our customers. We have no doubt 2021 will mean a shift in practices but one thing that remains; is our determination and drive to ensure our customers have the best customer service.”

We are already planning for the future, with infrastructure and asset improvements happening at our site to ensure we offer the best quality product and service.

2021 will see us offering 300mm parts to the Semiconductor Market as well as continuing to improve our capacity and efficiency for Thermocouples and Quartz components.
