After what has been a challenging 2020, we felt the survey this year, was even more important than normal.

This is a key metric for us and we use this feedback to identify areas for continued improvement and feedback to the Quartztec Team.

It has been great to see the positive scores and comments and we have seen a clear improvement from our last survey in 2019. This is another identifier to confirm our ongoing improvements on processes and products has a direct positive impact, with our customer base.
